Executive Director - Selena Stockley

Selena StockleySelena Stockley is Executive Director at Sunspire Health Texas, where she is responsible for overseeing the 40-bed facility, managing employees and ensuring the quality of patient care. She brings over 20 years of experience in various behavioral health areas that include business development, environment of care and residential care.

Prior to joining Sunspire Health, Selena served as the Chief Executive Officer at Rolling Hills Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma, a facility offering acute detox and residential services, which grew from 44 to 108 beds under her leadership. Before that, she worked as the Chief Operations Officer for Shadow Mountain Behavioral Health in Tulsa, Oklahoma that provided behavioral health care services to children and adolescents.

Selena is a compassionate leader who values the lessons she learns from each person she encounters and truly believes in the value of serving others. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.

Medical Director - Victor Vines, MD

Victor VinesDr. Victor Vines  serves as the Medical Director of Sunspire Health Texas. Before joining Sunspire, he was Associate Medical Director at The Greenhouse in Grand Prairie, and Staff Addictionologist at the Santé Center for Healing in Argyle. Vines also served as Vice Councilor on the TMA Board of Councilors and chairs the Physician Health and Wellness Committee for the Denton County Medical Society. He was a faculty member at Santé Center/UT Southwestern where he presented lectures titled “The Psychology of Licensed Professionals” and “Ethics and Boundaries.”

His special interests are assessing and treating licensed professionals employed in safety sensitive careers, as well as developing protocols and best practices for detox management of those addicted to alcohol, opioids and benzodiazepines. He also founded the Caduceus 12 step meeting for recovering professionals in Denton County. Prior to his career in addiction medicine, Dr. Vines operated a private practice in obstetrics and gynecology, with simultaneous academic appointments to the departments of OB/GYN at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. Dr. Vines is a Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and has been in practice for the last 29 years.

Clinical Director - Delise Morris, MBS, LPC


Delise MorrisBefore joining Sunspire Health as Clinical Director, Delise worked as the Director of Admissions at Sunspire Health, supervising admissions, completing utilization review, helping with discharge planning, facilitating multi-disciplinary team meetings and networking within the community. Prior to Sunspire, Delise was an admissions coordinator at Caron Texas. She has also worked as a psychometrician in various behavioral health settings and offered private practice counseling. She received her MBS degree in community counseling at Southeastern Oklahoma State University and her bachelor's in psychology from Texas Tech University. Delise has a passion for working with patients and their families to provide a healthy environment for patients to thrive in their recovery, as well as mentoring and supporting a clinical team.
